Easy-Peasy 14- Day Return Policy
We totally get it—sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Maybe that jumper wasn't your vibe, or those trousers didn't quite fit right. No worries at all! We're here to make your return process as smooth as possible. Here's the lowdown on our 14 day return policy:
From the day your goodies land on your doorstep, you've got a full 14 days to decide if they're keepers. Tried them on and not feeling it? No problem! Follow the steps below to return your goods to us...
PLEASE NOTE - Items purchased in the sale are NON REFUNDABLE, a credit note will be issued for the item/s returned.
How to Return:
- Pack It Up: Pop your items back in their original packaging (or something equally safe and sound).
- Label It: Address your package to: Monica Doe, ‘Mondoe’, 79 North Sea Lane, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, DN35 0PU.
- Drop It Off: Head to your nearest post office or your favourite drop-off point.
A Few Little Things:
Items need to be in their original condition, meaning no wear and tear, please
- Original tags? Yep, those need to be attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resaleable.
- Sale items have different rules, so just check the deets on those below.
- The following items are excluded from our refund policy:
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery, cosmetics and hair accessories
- Swimwear or underwear
- Event tickets
Sale Items:
Any item(s) purchased in the sale are non refundable, a credit note will be issued for the items returned, unless faulty in which they can be returned up to 14 days after purchase date for a refund.
Refunds:
Once we get your return, we'll give it a quick once-over and then process your refund. You’ll need to allow up to 10 working days (that excludes those chilled weekend days) for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that original delivery costs and return postage will not be refunded unless your item is faulty.
Click & Collect: PLEASE READ
Please be aware that you have 14 days from ordering if you wish to return any items. If you leave items for a period of time to collect this will shorten your return period.
